2. Are COOBEE products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formulations are made with gentle, skin-loving ingredients suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new product as every skin type is unique.

3. Do your products contain any artificial preservatives or additives?
No, all COOBEE products are free from artificial preservatives, parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals. We prioritise clean, wholesome ingredients for your overall health.

4. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We never test on animals and are committed to ethical, cruelty-free skincare.

Usage & Application

5. How should I use the COOBEE body salve?
Simply take a small amount of salve and massage it into your skin until fully absorbed. It’s perfect for dry areas like hands, elbows, knees, and heels. You can use it as often as needed.

6. Can I use the body salve on my face?
While our salve is made with natural ingredients, we recommend doing a patch test first to ensure compatibility with your facial skin. If you have very sensitive or acne-prone skin, consult a dermatologist before applying it to your face.

7. Why does by Balm or Salve develop tiny grains / become grainy?
The grainy texture comes from the organic shea butter we use which can crystallize due to temperature changes. It's completely normal and safe - just a natural sign of high quality unrefined butter. 8. Can children use COOBEE products?
Yes! Our formulas are gentle and safe for kids and product descriptions help you decide further. However, for babies under six months, we recommend consulting with a paediatrician before use.

We carefully source our ingredients from trusted suppliers who prioritise organic, sustainable, and high-quality raw materials.

10. Do you use essential oils in your products?
Yes, we use pure essential oils for their natural therapeutic benefits. However, if you have allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredient list before use or choose products without essential oils that are made specifically for sensitive skin.

12. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times vary depending on location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

13. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once opened. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
